Damien was not only incredibly professional, but also warm, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for.

He took the time to listen to my needs, asked the right questions, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge about the products was impressive, and he explained everything clearly, which really helped me feel confident in my decision. Whether it was picking out the perfect piece, understanding the quality, or discussing financing options, Damien was thorough, honest, and incredibly helpful every step of the way.

It’s rare these days to find someone who truly cares about customer service the way Damien does. He exceeded all of my expectations and made what could’ve been a stressful shopping experience feel easy and even enjoyable.

Well, back again but in a different location. My first purchase was last December, if you remember, a pair of princess cut diamond earrings for my granddaughter. Beautiful little studded earrings for the new addition to our growing family. Well, now after another visit but at a different location I noticed that every jeweler had big sales. So this time while browsing I noticed an exquisite piece that caught my eye for a really really good price. Then again I did haggle my way down a few more dollars. A 3ct tennis bracelet in white gold. To be honest, the lady who helped me was fantastic, funny, and very helpful. I dont know why she seemed so nervous 😆 and the item, the picture does no justice for it. Lighting in my apartment is so bad but I did my best to show you. I went to look for earrings because I had lost my earrings. I did not want to try them on. Next thing you know the lady is literally putting the earring in my ear without me having had even said yes. I explained that I had not had something in my ear for probably over 2 years. I find this very unsanitary. The earrings were beautiful and I may have bought them if it weren’t for this experience. It triggered my anxiety and ocd. I did not see them wipe them with any alcohol I just saw a towel which looked dry that they used to wipe it after it had been put in my ear. I am a healthcare provider so of course I worry about the sanitation of this especially if the earring was pushed into my ear as I hadn’t had anything in it for over two years. She was very pushy about selling the earrings, but putting that in my ear without my consent was...
