Zero stars really. How do they expect to make any money they close way too early 7 pm really? What are they living in the 1950s? How do they close at 7 when the mall shuts later? Anyway aside from that, there's other reasons I wasn't happy shopping there..I'm Not gonna shop here anymore because I've only been here once and EVERYTHING is way Over priced like $35 for a 3 pack of underwear and $65 for one blanket? And its not about quality so they can't use that exuse because I saw the same items,, same brands elsewhere for like $$15 and $20. ...this stores very over priced. Thats why its empty. Honestly if they would lower their prices they'd make more sales the prices are absurd and the stores sadly always empty. Then they close early on top of that makes no sense. Beside myself and the receptionist the only other living person there was the security guard and he was very professional and respectful also. The girl at the front desk seemed to be very knowledgeable about her job and what the EDD workforce center could help with. I'm going back to talk to her about vocational training which I don't know the details yet but they will help you with vocational training to learn another trade since this pandemic has affected everyone's jobs in one way or another. I called the store and was left on hold for 5 minutes only for someone to pick up and then hang up on me. When I went to call back again I was immediately hung up on. I decided to go into the store looking for the mattress that I wanted which said that the store carried it when I looked online the customer service representative told me that a sales representative would meet me upstairs I waited a good 10 to 15 minutes and nobody showed up I decided to just leave and go to Macy's. I hope this gets out to the management because this was one of the worst experiences...
