This past weekend I visited the location in the inland center. I expressed that I was looking for a ring for an upcoming trip and possible engagement. I spoke to Issa, the manager, who assured me it would be sized before the end of day. I spent $5,000 on a ring and ended up returning at the end of day. I was greeted by Steve, who to say the least was not experienced in customer service. He showed me the ring and showed me it had been sized an entire size smaller than requested. After reviewing the receipt he called Issa and realized they had made a mistake. Steve told me that it would still probably fit and there’s really no difference between a 6 and 6.5. I assured him that if I wanted a 6 I would have asked for it to be sized a 6, not a 6.5, he really wanted me to just take the ring and leave. I would not leave without speaking to the manager Issa. After about 30 minutes of going back and fourth with Steve, he finally got Issa on the phone, We spoke and he had promised me that the ring would be sized correctly the next day. As I returned the next day, Issa was unpleased at my presence, after waiting there about 35 minutes, he called me over to show me a ring that looked like it was a third of the thickness it was the day before. Shrinking and sizing it up thinned the band and he also tried to have me just take it and leave. I was not about to accept this swap meet work, much less the slick talk of Issa who just wanted me to take the ring and leave. Not only did I waste $5,000 and two days of my time, but the ignorance act of Issa and Steve’s disrespect was not going to be something I could accept. At that point I was just done, I got an elongated refund and a waste of my time for the passed two days. A complete waste of time! Issa and Steve should be ashamed of the crook like practices they implore in the work place. I do have to say, Angelica and Alicia did share empathy and displayed compassion in the experience, but to have someone like Issa in a leadership role is a travesty. How is he leading a team? It’s no question why Steve is completely oblivious to the poor customer service he exemplifies. Buyer Beware! Stay away from this Kevins Jewelers in the inland center....
Read moreIt’s Unbelievable to see as amazing as Patricia Rodriguez was with us she doesn’t have a review on here, so here goes mine! My fiancé and I had came in over a year ago to “window shop” around and look at rings, as getting engaged was in the works. As we had been looking at other shops around the mall, nobody would really pay attention to us as we’re somewhat of a young couple, but Patricia @ Kevin Jewelers showed us otherwise!..We were greeted warmly and welcomed by Patricia. She made sure to give us her 110% undivided attention, she asked me what type of ring I was interested in, and quickly caught onto my type of rings!! She showed me various different options that were all difficult to choose from, as they were all so beautiful! At the end I had narrowed my selection down to two rings. I was able to ask her for her opinion, and it felt as I was asking my mom, she was so caring, compassionate and patient with us. We left that day, with her contact information. We decide to come back in a year later, to our luck, she was still there! She had even remembered both of us, and my type of rings! She made this transaction a relief! Thanks to her I was able to get my dream engagement ring!!!! It was all quick and easy, at the end I got a bigger stone and a bigger ring! She went above and beyond to satisfy us, and we will forever be entirely grateful for her!!! She’s definitely invited to my wedding! 💕 If you’re going in to purchase any jewelry, definitely shop at Kevin Jewelers, and ask for Patricia Rodriguez!!! You will...
Read moreWe walked into Kevin Jewelers about a month ago and was ignored by every employee in the store, there were 5 people behind the counter, including Ajay appeared to be, the manager. No eye contact, introduction or asking if we wanted to see anything. One person (manager) said hello with his head down, no eyes contact, while he was looking in the case but again did not ask if we wanted to see anything. Since we felt like a nuisance, we left. There has been a huge change over of employees which is disappointing. We loved Kevin's. Flash forward to yesterday. We walked in again and were welcomed by Zaire. She was so friendly and made us feel welcomed just like we used to. She was so helpful and we gladly spent our money in Kevin's again. The other staff were disconnected from us, again, no eye contact, no warm feelings, no warm welcome. The manager was there and was just as cold and disconnected from customers, which is disappointing. Thank goodness for Zaire, she made our shopping experience wonderful. This may be the last time we shop there if things dont change. There are friendlier jewelers in close proximity and one would think jewelers would be more welcoming to people wanting to buy from them or at least make an effort to make eye contact and be nice. Please give Zaire the proper kudos as she deserves it and saved the two sales from us that day! Thank you,...
