Ruby Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in San Bernardino

Service was quick but being a huge fan of Thai food, I was drawn in by the name and then pulled up into a ghetto Chinese food instead. Food was stale and their bbq chicken was the only thing worth touching. The girl helping me wouldn't tell me how much longer for the noodles, because apparently she can't ask her cook. When they served my food she was very careful to not serve me much of anything but rice. Almost felt like she was on a tight budget serving me although I'm paying for a combo with 3 items. Also got a large Thai tea that was the most watered down powdered drink. Definitely did not taste like a Thai tea. Almost wish one of the employees would've had the courage to share that i would get a discount ONLY on the medium sized vs just having one whisper to the other to make sure i get charged full price.

For $20, I should've went to a sit down REAL...

TOUGH CHICKEN :( I’m thoroughly disappointed with this Thai joint as the chicken was so tough it hurt my mouth and was hard to chew. The chicken was covered in its usual Thai sauces but not even that could soften up each bite I took. I don’t like when food is sitting all day long in a warmer, it’s such a shame that this place does this. The Thai noodles were pretty good, not the best but tasty enough. My Mom ordered a seafood soup and it was all noodle, no broth nor enough shrimp. The guys up front were professional, despite being introverted. I was happy with the customer service. Additionally, service was fast and the tables nearby were pretty clean. I’d likely not return as I don’t like having trouble eating my food, however I foresee this place improving...

Don’t waste your money here. The owner’s son is a disgusting pig and would make inappropriate comments about the the female workers body’s, and would just laugh, when it obviously made us feel uncomfortable. Would stare down the girls walking by very creepy. The kitchen was disgusting and the way they handled the food was very questionable. I’m so glad I don’t work here anymore because that 30 something year old Asian guy that worked here, was a serious creep. I couldn’t really report him because his parents were the owners so that really sucked :( oh and they never washed the soda machine nozzles and they had mold and that guy would literally clean the line table like...
