Need to check on ms Susie she is rude , raciest. I got a dress from here as a gift for my mom it didn’t fit I have the tags on it & the receipt except the price because obviously It was a gift I didn’t want her to see the price. when I went to try to return it Susie got loud & started yelling that I need the price tag instead of talking like an adult with respect to the customers 1 because I never disrespected her. She then mumble “Mexicans” under her breath. I asked to speak to manager Veronica but I spoke to on duty manager & she was going to solve the “problem” but Susie started going off on her telling her not to do it. The manager was speaking to me & my family members to just go back this Wednesday because Veronica is going to be there. Literally every customer that would walk in ms Susie would let them know what was going on she was telling everyone that I wanted to return the dress this & that. & she stated to one customer “that’s why I don’t like dealing with Mexicans” Like that is very rude & disrespectful I always shop here & I have never gotten...

This store is awesome, the staff was so nice except for one person the two ladies were so sweet and helpful and just kind, the other person that works there is not nice or friendly, I'm not going to be disrespectful but the other person should try to avoid being so dry to customers to avoid conflict with the wrong people, if you're going to be in customer service then try to be nice especially when people are being nice to you and you're acting like you could careless, l know I'm not your friend but I am a customer who will come back and tell my friends too, but my experience with the two other ladies were so amazing 👍🏾 that's why I will be back with my friend, so it was a great experience over all, with great deals and some really cute clothes.my mother and I had a great experience together....

Good day I was just a shopping at rainbow store in San Bernardino I just wanted to tell you what wonderful service I received from the cashier named Susie she has a great customI servicelike to mention there was a lady in here with like five grandchildren and the staff was excellent to these kids the kids were crying kind of running around but nobody was rude to them this lady has a nerve to call corporate and complain saying it was a kid unfriendly that is wrong thank you Susie Veronica and also the assistant I'm sorry I forgot your name thank you so much I will be back...
