My family and I visit this restaurant at least once a week every week and the person that was handling the drive thru was extremely rude and very very unprofessional. This has been the worse of the worse customer service I've ever had and I visit various different restaurants a week. I order the new queso nachos item for the first time and I asked for them to be well done, she asked "what do you mean well done?" Which threw me off to begin with I've never had a response like that when I make that request, so I went on and told her "just well done with no tomatoes just like your advertisement" she responded with "chicken or steak?" I asked "which ones were the ones in the poster promotion?" And she responde by yelling "if you don't know what kind of meat I can't make your order, you need to tell me what you want!!" While I was trying to speak she continued yelling and shut the speaker off, I drove to the window and asked what her problem was and she continued to yell at me, I suggested to speak to the manager and her response was "bye" lock the window in my face. I parked the car the girl in the counter and cook realized what she had done because they apologize once I walked in. I order with the manager Monica, she didn't ask for my story I just told her "you have a bad person representing your customer service" she only said "sorry I will speak with her" I told her "sorry is not going to remove the bad customer service I just had and I will be going to the other Del Taco which is a mile away further in order to get better customer service instead of .2 miles." I went on and ordered the same way and she understood with no problem and proceeded with my order.

Read moreFirst and foremost I want to say, yes I was here during the taco Tuesday rush. I ordered 24 tacos in total which compared to some other oders there seemed to be pretty conservative. The wait time was about 30 minutes. Not sure how anyone else feels about that but personally I felt it was a bit long considering it's something they do every week and have been doing it for a while, so they should already be adequately prepared for it by now. Two of the staff members there seemed to be cracking under the pressure especially since the man that was there seemed a bit rude when anyone would talk to him. Anyone. Now this wouldn't be an issue but he seemed like the supervisor. Other customers would get their orders before me although I had already been waiting, 2 of the 7 people that came after me for sure got their orders within 5 minutes. The facility itself was extremely dirty, I had to wipe a seat down to sit and wait for my food, and there was cheese and lettuce all over the place. Just about all of my tacos were broken. Quantity over quality I suppose. The cashier was nice. And they gave me the right food on the first try. Over all I would say I could give it another chance but it definitely wouldn't be the first choice...
Read moreMy wife and I went through the drive through at around 730pm or so today Sunday Sept 12th. Del Taco on Highland & Sterling In San Bernardino. WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! first of all, was VERY Much looking forward to there Carne Asada Stuffed Quesadillas Taco, Well they were out of Carne Asada. So I ordered 4 Del Soft Tacos and a Large Raspberry Ice Tea. When we got home. The tacos, looked like they were put in the wrong Flour tortilla, looks NOTHING like the Menu pic, Looks Discusting. Like they didn't care how they put it together , also they were missing the Tomatoes( See picture) and I asked for Extra Cheese, well dosent look like extra cheese was applied, but I'm sure we were charged for it. Horribly Put Together. My Large Raspberry Ice Tea( See picture) NO TASTE, Completely Watered Down ( AWEFUL) bottom line is that the minute i saw the tacos and tasted the drink , I LOST MY APPETITE!!!!
