Pisa Pizza — Restaurant in San Bernardino

[DEC 2023] Called to order a pizza, the guy that answered seemed real unfriendly just not happy at all, I was uneasy about buying pizza from a Hole-In-The-Wall in San Bern already and his demeanor didnt help, prices are high of course, no pizza deals, took way too long (35+ mins) for 1 medium pizza and some cheese bread, there was a homeless guy outside the building when I went to go pick up, and the pizza taste.....man some reviews say "Best Pizza in the World" you guys are obviously paid reviews, this pizza was very bland like the bread had no taste at all, definitely not worth $20 couldve went anywhere else and got a better deal and taste, anyway the dude threw in a free drink idk if he knew the wait was way long but he was nice in the end, thats the only reason why they get 3 stars but over all satisfaction is in the 2 stars nothing higher nothing less, I promise I wont be going back again and feel free to call to see for yourself how friendly the employees are, ok that is all and ill be checking to see if my review is deleted or not okay thanks all...

I have always been coming to get my pizza from this place. It has never disappointed me, and customer service has always been the greatest. The pizza is the best one in town. However, I made a phone call today and a young female answer the phone and was really rude when I had a call to make an order. She did not even bother to ask if I was done with my question and hung up the phone on me. I had to drive to the location to Do An Order. I have never had this problem with the previous Employees that have answered the phone they have been really nice and have answered all my questions. As I was in the location making my order. I have heard 2 other customers complaining about the disrespectful. Manner that this young female had answered the phone and not even bothered to ask if we were done or we were going to...

The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, but the place was very hot (no central air). If they allow you to, I recommend calling in your order ahead of time. I'm allergic to tomato sauce, so mad props for the staff being flexible and willing to use the garlic bread spread as a sauce on one of the pizzas. Over all - good, quality food. Pizza was a little on the greasy side, but not too bad. They do NOT hold back on the toppings. You definitely get your money's worth! Only issue we had was that we ordered a pizza with pineapple and jalapeno on half - & they put it on the entire thing. We didn't have the time to wait for it to be remade (they did offer), but it was still delicious! Make sure to bring something to drink while you wait (if you don't order something to drink) as even ice...
