(July 24, 2022)- "I made sure to visit this store around 10 or more times before leaving them an honest review. Unfortunately, I've had too many occasions where I left unsatisfied with the service, wait time, or drink quality. Several encounters I was told I could not use my reusable cup for a beverage, when I know this is not the standard for Starbucks. Sustainability is among one of their core tenants and this location was inconsistent with those promises. This location is home to some of the slowest Starbucks barista's in the IE. Drinks in the cafe take about 10 min to make after ordering, while drive thru takes about 20-30 min from entering the drive about 8-10 cars back. This is below Starbucks standard. Besides the obvious turnover and inventory issues this store faces, the cafe is among the roomiest in the area" (EDIT, 9/4/22 they have, very unfortunately, removed the pleather/cushioned seating from inside the store.) "The seating is followed by several outlets and two key-paded gender neutral restrooms and a security guard posted at the door infrequently. Lastly, this location seats itself now in the middle of two competing stores both east and west of its doors. One near the 330 highway on-ramp and the other nearest to St. Bernardines Medical Center." (EDIT I hope this store improves but perhaps Starbucks should pay there employees better so that when their understaffed, the workers aren't discouraged because who wants to listen to Karen yell in their ear over their PSL being too hot for a mere 16...
Read moreI ordered a Iced Caramel Macchiato Upside Down With the Cup lined with extra caramel. I was even asked if the order was correct on the screen, in which I responded yes. I reached the window to be charged and the barista with red hair is handing me a caramel macchiato HOT. I let her know kindly it was supposed to be iced and she was upset. As if I didnt order a completely different drink. So then She gives me a caramel macchiato regular not upside because I forgot to specify it was supposed to be "UPSIDEDOWN" as well after already clarifying at the voice box. I also ordered a grande caramel frappe and received the drink with 40% coffee and 60% whipped cream. This is ridiculous for both of the drinks to have been correctly inputed but both workers to be lousy at THEIR JOB. If the RED HEAD is working be ready for lousy customer service & a lousy drink !. Read moreI was in the drive thru waiting for my drinks. While I was waiting the girl at the drive thru handed me one drink and told me the others would be coming up. She literally gave me 1 more drink and I asked her where the other ones were at. She looked into my car thinking that I was lying to her. I told her you’ve only given me one so she hands me the next one and then I ask her where the kids chocolate milk is at she looks inside my car. At this point she calls some guy over to tell me that the next time I have to pay for both. I then proceeded to tell him I never received it and then he told me why is it missing then? I told him I’m a very honest person and my 5 yr old son wouldn’t lie. Had to roll down the window so my son could let them know I didn’t receive the drink. Overall, I could careless about a 2.45 drink..it’s about the integrity and respect you’re supposed to have towards your customers. Never going...
