I have been a customer of Clean Water America since April of 2006. My well water has a high in sulfer and iron content. In August of 2008, CWA installed a Whole House Reverse Osmosis System, and have been on a service agreement with them since that time. I have found their service to be impeccable. The system has been troublefree and our water is fantastic.
I have had occasion to call them for repairs numerous times. However, this was not due to the system they installed, but the fact that my well, drilled in 1984, was only a two-inch well, and the water pumps (yes, plural) would lose prime, heat up, and need rebuilt or replaced. When these things would happen, Clean Water America was always there to help, even on weekends or holidays.
In April of 2012, I had a new, deeper well drilled. The new well is much deeper, four inches in diameter rather then two inches, and has a submersible water pump (which I purchased from Clean Water America) which is much quieter and much more effecient than an above-ground pump. I consulted with Clean Water America before drilling the new well. Their advice was invaluable.
Since the new well was drilled, Clean Water America has only been to my house on their scheduled service days to maintain my Whole House Reverse Osmosis System. The system works like a charm, and Clean Water America keeps it tuned like a Ferrari.
I have a lot of company at my house, and I use a lot of RO (reverse osmosis) water. The RO system Clean Water America has always kept me well supplied with excellent water.
I raise tropical fish, and use the RO water for my aquariums. I run the water directly from the tap into the aquarium without treating it. I once changed the water in my 50-gallon aquarium and refilled it with untreated well water. What was I thinking? My fish went into shock immediately and started dying. I hurriedly drained out the untreated well water and replaced it with the RO water, and the fish immediately began improving. I lost two beautiful angelfish, but the rest were saved because I had great RO water available.
I also use the RO system to keep my 20,000 gallon swimming pool water level at the proper level. My untreated well water turns my pool green within two hours of adding it to my pool. The RO water is crystal clear.
Whether you have a water softener, an RO system, or are still in the market, I would recommend Clean Water America to you. Their systems are high quality, their technicians and knowledgable and efficient, their office staff is friendly and eager to serve your needs, and their service is impeccable. I have been extremely pleased with Clean Water America, and I'm sure you...
Read moreVinny from the fort Myers office and Chris from the Leigh office came out to take a look at my well system and were knowledge an hardworking. They both answered all of our questions and concerns in a way that we could understand even replaced parts on our system on the spot for a great price. They did not try to upsale us on parts we did not need nor did they bad talk about other companies to persuade us to do business with them. From the time they arrived until the job was done they both smiled and explained everything they were going to do before my repairs were done and even cleaned up after themselves once they were finished. I really appreciate this companies integrity and high standards when it comes to putting customers satisfaction first I am so happy to write this review thank you clean water america!!!! You just gained a customer who will be with you for years to come that will highly recommend your services to all our family and friends you earned it !!!!!!
1/4/19 I am adding to my post to let you know that I purchased a whole house R.O. System it is on a rent to own bases and it was easy!! I made a very small down payment and with there in house no credit check financing i was able to afford it on my budget.( the payment per month includes maintenance and the remaining balance to pay your system off ) My payments are less than two hundred dollars a month and if you need to change your pay date for that month it is hassle free. Where we live there is high salt count, iron and calcium so things water related smell like rotten eggs constantly. I am sooo happy to say this is not the case now i drink from my faucets and my washer and clothes no longer have bad oders even the toilet water is perfect. I really wish i had them install my system years ago thank you Clean Water...

I spend about $70 on salt alone and after talking to Cleanwater America they told me that it’s normal and I refuse to pay the final $500 till I had a technician come out here and figure out what’s going on.
