I went her last week on a Sunday right when it opened. The teenage employee was amazing. He helped us 3 with some stuff. And the store had everything I could ever want. Amazing store! (Previously 5 star review)
Edit (8 months later). Around early Janurary it was another amazing stop at Dynamo with my cousin and uncle. I bought a PS3 and PS1 from him along with some games and some Pokemon cards. The cards are good and a amazing price. The PS1 works fine, what I wanted with the games. The PS3 though, When I bought it for I think $130. I asked questions, the one that stood out was "Does it work" He responded yes, perfect, cool. When I got home I plugged it in. Said no signal, I'm like alright, maybe the same cable I'm using for the PS1 on the PS3 isn't working because the PS1 is so old. After a month/today. I got brand new cables. Plugged it in, got a blinking red light indicating probably something hardware related and no signal. It's not my TV because my PS1 and Xbox 360 work perfectly on it. (Mind that the PS1 and the Xbox 360 were consoles I bought from here.) I called about it Mark (The owner) answered the phone, I told him what happened, he was nice about and told me he switched to Pokemon cards and not consoles and pokemon cards, which I found out today/very late. Like I said he was nice about it and said no, since he switched to just pokemon cards and couldn't give me a refund. I understood and said alright. I put 4 just because now I have to sell it for parts for probably $80-90 and also sell the games. This was just a once time coindidence, I've never had any problem with this shop until I bought the PS3. Just a little dissapointed that I was told it was working. But good store overall.
Edit: For my troubles with the PS3 he sent me $50 through PayPal, very nice owner...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of selling a majority of my Pokémon card collection to Dynamo Games, and I can confidently say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the Mark demonstrated a level of professionalism and respect that made the process smooth and enjoyable. His patience in explaining the process was very evident.
When it came time to discuss the details of the sale, I appreciated how respectful and understanding he was. Mark took the time to evaluate my collection thoroughly, along with Matthew, providing insights and guidance along the way. I felt valued as a seller, not just another transaction, which made a significant difference in my overall experience.
The transaction itself was seamless. Dynamo Games offered a fair price for my collection, and the payment process was quick and straightforward. I was impressed by how efficiently everything was handled, and I left feeling satisfied with my decision to sell and I also left with some fantastic Retro Games.
In summary, I highly recommend Dynamo Games for anyone looking to sell their Pokémon card collection or add to their own collections. They are respectful, patient, and responsive approach made the experience enjoyable, and I am satisfied with the outcome. Thank you, Dynamo Games, for making this process...
Read moreThis was my first time here. The customer service was great! They are some super chill down to earth people. They told me the moment I was in the door to let them know if I needed anything. The store itself is really cool. I like to look through binders and bulk and that takes a while. They had binders, and boxes throughout the middle of the show room at tables with CHAIRS! 🤣 omg a card shop where I can actually sit and take my time looking though the inventory instead of standing at a glass case for 1-2 hours until my legs fall asleep. As far as inventory goes, they don’t have anything in the way of low end bulk, but they have everything else. I’ve never seen so many graded cards at a store before. I actually saw physical product of Prismatic and Journey together! Oh and if you’re like me and lived through the 90’s, your gonna feel some nostalgia. I saw a few fossil booster packs and I think it was the Jungle them...
