Stumbled on this new market yesterday. Cute little place with a great variety of Turkish foods. Walked to the back to find the butcher and grabbed a package of their pre-made, uncooked kofta. To go with, bought a container of labneh and a package of fresh baked flatbread with sesame seeds. Had some friends over for dinner and my husband cooked the kofta over charcoal along with some lamb chops. He toasted the bread on there and we served it all with labneh & cucumber salad and roasted peppers. It was incredibly delicious… we will definitely be back to buy more fresh meats and try...
