TL,DR: my second visit was awesome, give them a try.

My first impression (update below): "The prices are only worth it if it's last minute pick up. The van pickup is a little shady and there's a 5 dollar processing fee for pick up, delivery fee is worse. Just plan ahead and shop around for better prices."

I want to correct my review after giving Sensi society another try. I'm happy to see the owners reply because I had forgotten about the previous review. My second visit was awesome. I got a chance to price things out and talk to folks inside the shop. It is a very unique store with its own vibe developing quickly. I was initially a bit disappointed when the delivery time got longer due to difficulties they were facing. The owner personally reached out and explained the challenges at hand while restructuring their delivery operations. The explanation was honest, thoughtful, and completely reasonable, it made it hard to be upset. I swear I’m no Karen. Haha

A few months later, just like the owner promised, their delivery times improved. It’s been amazing to see them grow as a business, and honestly, I haven’t ordered from anyone else since.
