Tonight, we had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service at Blind Tasting, all thanks to the incredible Alfredo! From the moment we walked in, Alfredo went above and beyond to make our evening truly memorable.

His warm and welcoming demeanor immediately set the tone for a fantastic dining experience. Alfredo was not only attentive to our every need but also seemed to anticipate them before we could even ask. His knowledge of the menu was impressive.

Alfredo's attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our satisfaction did not go unnoticed. He not only took care of the essentials with efficiency but also added a personal touch that made us feel like valued guests. His genuine passion for his work and dedication to creating a positive atmosphere truly elevated our dining experience. Our night wouldn't have been the same without him. We left with smiles on our faces, grateful for the exceptional service that transformed a regular night out into an unforgettable experience.

If you're looking for a server who not only meets but exceeds expectations, ask for Alfredo. His dedication to creating a delightful dining experience is truly commendable. We can't wait to return and have Alfredo take care of us again!

Thank you, Alfredo, for making our night one...

Didn't even eat anything. I'm not one to ever point to race, but the waitress, a very mousy young lady, was EXTREMELY dismissive and rude. We stood outside for about 10 minutes then inside for about 10 minutes without ever being acknowledge. There was one table outside of 3 people and 2 people at the bar. No reason to be disregarded! When being seated the waitress rolled her eyes and when putting the menu down put it on top of my hand. Like not an oops but just straight up on top of my hands and walked away with another eye roll. I'm black and Spanish with my two Mexican friends, I guess the entirely white group of women currently dining is their demographic. Went next door to Mama Coco, was immediately greeted with a smile and great service.

Don't dine here if you aren't a fabulous white woman, that appears to be their target demographic. I've never felt disrespected or dismissed when going out to dine, but hot diggity dog! Spend your money elsewhere and enjoy great eats somewhere else! Any hint of attitude is unacceptable especially in the service in an empty...

We went to dine at Blind Tasting this evening. We checked out within 30 minutes.

We tried their sparkling flight which is supposed to be a tasting of 4 sparkling wines.

First of all there was zero bubbles- looks like it was sitting opened for days! It was just sour water -

We then told the waitress that this is long opened bottles and she then went and opened new ones and replaced them.

The sparkling was also served in glasses - they didn’t have flutes!!

Regardless- we checked out as fast as you can - because it’s all about first impression and their integrity of service

If we didn’t say anything- they would make us drink the garbage!

We had such great experience and service at Cask!! Very authentic! Totally worth it-

Please don’t choose this place -go to cask! Or any other good restaurants nearby- Better food, drinks, service and worth the money-

I’ll give 0 star if I had the option

BLIND...

Bistro Mitte - A Delightful Taste of Germany Close to Home! We were thrilled to discover Bistro Mitte, right in our backyard. Our excitement was well-rewarded! However, by the time we left, the place was packed, so a reservation is highly recommended if you can get one. The food was absolutely wonderful. Every dish we tried was a hit; we started off with some spaetzle—how does one make pasta better? Cook it in butter afterward to give it a crunchy outer shell. The Paprika schnitzel was undoubtedly the star of the evening. It was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor—definitely a must-try! We enjoyed every bite and are already planning our next visit. Do yourself a favor and save room for dessert. My date was definitely surprised when I declared we were coming back here! We can't wait to return and explore more of their menu! Lastly, their menu prices are extremely reasonable. Guten appetit.

First time here, and I'm going to leave the beer out of the equation, because German beer is not what this place makes, they just serve it. The spatzle was more like spaghetti with a cheesey Alfredo sauce with some green onions thrown in for flavor. It was very confusing at first. The Bavarian pretzel was a little bit more on the hard side than soft again with not much flavor. The pork wiener schnitzel was a decent size, but you really needed to eat it with the sauerkraut to get any flavor out of it. The grilled (?) potatoes were okay as a side as was the salad, but again nothing worth noting flavor-wise. Would I go back again? If I was in the area and wanted a beer, yes. I might also try the sausage with the beer. But as a destination restaurant, no. Average, but lacking any distinct flavor(s) in the food.
