Terrible customer service. I was buying multiple pool floats. The product I was buying was in a spot on the shelf marked $24.99. The product number on the tag matched the product number of the items we were purchasing. The cashier rang them up at $29.99 even after we explained what the shelf said and showed him the shelf price with the matching numbers, he refused to acknowledge the price that was marked. Not only that but if the sales associate won’t even make eye contact with you - he knows exactly what he’s doing is incorrect.

I have worked in customer service and retail for years in the past. Every place I have worked - if your shelves are marked with false advertisement, that is the business’s error and you make the price adjustment. It happens sometimes. However, to be rude and not acknowledge the error and correct it is unacceptable.

I have had good work in the past with their service department, but not today. My system developed a leak so I called my go-to, Leslie's. A tech came out to do the initial estimate. He wrote up the quote stating that this repair is an emergency. When I called relayed the tech's sentiment and asked for the earliest appointment - 14 days later was the best they could offer. Now, today, the day of the appointment they don't show. I call them up and the nice lady tells me the dispatch canceled my appointment - she has no idea why. This makes no sense to me. You tell me my repair is an emergency, you do not go out of your way to get this repair expedited, and then you cancel my appointment without notice. You have lost my trust forever, Leslie's! I will certainly be letting my friend's know they should not rely on you for anything that is actually urgent because...

This store closes at 7 PM it's posted on their website. I called to make sure and the answering that's automated says they close at seven so I drove a half hour to get there and when I got there at 6:45 they were closed. The next day I decided I better go earlier so I came at 5:15 and again they were closed and did not have a recording or anything that said they were closing early they obviously could care less about...
