Update, 2022: The basketball courts have been repainted and the cracks have been repaired. The hoops and backboards are still not the best to play on (see my previous review below), but it's nice to not be scared to break my ankles anymore.
I can only speak for the basketball courts here: The basketball courts here aren't the best. One court has double rims and the other court doesn't. The courts are cracked and have major fissures and pits that can cause ankle sprains. Sand (from the playground) and other debris, like pieces of the court, is everywhere. There is a parking lot, but there are also free spots on the street that are closer to the basketball court. For pickleball, the lines are on top of the basketball lines.
The good thing is there is shade even early afternoon like 4-5 pm ish in the spring. The bad thing(s) is (are): you have to bring your own net, there are no lights, and there are no wind guards.
There is a public bathroom available. It had soap but no paper towels.
