Located in the heart of the park, it is centrally accessible from all places in the Prado strip. It is adjacent to a few museums and the beautiful botanical building!
You’ll be sure to see hundreds of beautiful plant and flower varieties along the edges of the reflecting pool and the perimeter of the plaza. There are magical koi in the pond and stunning water lilies on the surface blooming all year round!
On the weekend, this landscape lights up with life and culture. I’ve seen Falun Dafa meditations here every Sunday, all sorts of unique and crafty vendors, families enjoying each other, and all sorts of interesting happenings in between.
Oh and the nightscape here with all the lighting transforms the pond into an infinite pool of wonder. I love this place so much....
Read moreVery scenic area in the middle of everything. Good place to take a break and let it all in. There is obviously several Lilly’s accompanied by various forms of wildlife in the pond. It makes for a really nice view towards sunset but all times of day are sufficient. Be sure to hit up the botanical gardens which is connected to the area and plus it’s free.
