If I could give them zero stars, I would. The carnicero/butcher is super rude and completely unaccommodating. He should not work in customer service . While taking meat from behind a large stack, I could not see what he was choosing. He totally ignored my request to choose from what was visible on top as I was not able to see what I was paying for. He said in exact words “if you don’t take what I’m giving you, then there is no meat for you”. He does not know anything about service. Basically telling me that I do not have a choice as to what meat I select and I have to settle for whatever scraps he picks up and puts in a bag and place a price sticker on. That is their standard of service.

No carts ever! What a hassle getting groceries in a tiny basket. Don't look forward to going here anymore. What happened to the fresh produce? Over the years some of the produce is not as fresh like when they first opened yrs back. By the afternoon no more tortillas its always a hit or miss. Today all the avocados were old so soft that they sunk in. The apples are always mushy. The meat department is great also the staff is friendly. Ownership should buy some carts and invest in customer service or they will lose customers...

Premixed, carne asada, pollo asada, fajita mixed ready to go, prices on the, you really can't go wrong with any of the prepped stuffed. Additionally, they will butcher to spec, or you can choose from package deals of steaks, burgers hot dogs, etc. Delivery is available with in the neighborhood for large orders. The prepackaged American processed stuff is such a bargain, but I don't go here for...
