When I walked in, there weren't any customers inside, and there was an employee at the register typing away at the terminal. I wasn't greeted and although that isn't terribly bad per say, it's just something I feel employees should do, which is to greet customers upon entering.
A minute or two went by, and I approached the cashier because I was ready. He had his head down, still typing away at the terminal, but his head wasn't down to a point where he couldn't see me standing there. He still didn't say anything at all. No eye contact, nothing.

I said, "oh, sorry I didn't know you were waiting on me. You didn't say anything to me".
He didn't say anything. About 5 to 10 seconds went by and I just felt so unwelcome. I was very upset with this interaction or lack thereof.
Can't tell you how much this has...
