Terrific Tacos — Local services in San Diego

We just had Terrific Tacos cater for my husbands birthday party and it was great! From the ease of booking the date, organizing the details and method of payment (cash, check card or venmo). So easy!

They were professional, ON TIME, had such a clean set up and were extremely organized.

They setup about an hour and a half prior to our event and were ready to go for our guests exactly when our party started.

The corn tortillas were made (on site) , we had chicken, beef and pork tacos (delicious) with cheese. The condiments (onions, cilantro, salsa) was provided.

Rice and beans were included and also very good and kept on a warmer.

We opted to add on the churros (ALSO MADE ON SITE) and omg everyone loved those. Oscar also had two big Ghirardelli's pumps with chocolate and caramel sauces.

I would definitely rate Terrific Tacos an 11 out of 10 and would use them again. Makes having large parties so much easier. They provide everything (forks, napkins, plates)

Any leftovers (we had some plastic containers) and they fill them up with everything! (Leftover meats, rice, beans, cilantro, onions, etc).

I thought we would be able to eat the leftover churros, but our guests liked them so much, they got to it first.

We found Terrific Tacos from a recommendation from a neighbor who hired them for their change of command.

First of all, Terrific Tacos give out the best affordable prices and got me an amazing deal for 120 people. Next, during my event he was able to serve over 120 people and had enough food so that each person could have seconds and thirds!! Every person, at my event were full and happy with the amazing food. Terrific Tacos, hand marinate their meats and hand press their tortillas which results in the freshest and mouth watering tacos that compare to tacos el gordo!!! They also had a lot of condiments like rice, beans, guac, salsa, chips and horchata!! In addition, they gave out excellent customer service to everyone they served. Overall, I would highly recommend that you give Terrific tacos a shot to service your next event without having to worry about buying or making enough food!! Oscar is the man!! Tacos, rice, beans, salsas, and tortillas were all on point. Taste was great and quality of ingredients was at the highest level. He makes everything fresh right in front of you including the tortillas. His set up looks great and is clean. He did an excellent job communicating before my event to make sure that we were both on the same page about everything.

His customer service skills were great. He was friendly and accommodating to all the guests. He does veggie tacos, gluten free, and keto. You really gotta be able to accommodate for lots of different diets these days and he was more than happy to do all this.
