I pay $75 that's because I use gel with designs. I don't request for pedi's but this salon is top notch all around!

I have always made an appointment and each time I arrive for my appointment they are overbooked, each time I have to wait for at least 15 minutes and today was the worst; I arrived about 10 minutes early and I understood that it would be a few minutes but then the manager/owner told be they were really busy (not my fault) and that I would have to wait at least another 30 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment!! I am doing this during my lunch time and do not have time to wait or come back. This place cost wise is a little on the high side and to make an appointment and have to wait 15-30 minutes past the appointment is not worth the time...

LOVE this place! I see Sarah/Thuy. She’s amazing! This was my second time here with her and she has done a flawless job both times. I love how careful and attentive to detail she is! I’ve seen a lot of estheticians who rush and the gel ends up being see-through, but this isn’t the case with Sarah! She is the best and takes her time.

Pricing and cleanliness is incredible here too. I’m greeted with a smile and a beverage is always offered upon arrival! It can get busy, so appointments will be beneficial for you.

UPDATE 9/4/2021 Another great job by Sarah/Thuy! I showed her my Pinterest photo and she did her magic. Prices adjusted for extra art, but still very worth what I paid! Thank you!!!!

UPDATE 11/28/2021 My holiday nails y’all… Sarah is amazing. Expect the price increase for designs but she did fantastic. She picked out most of the colors needed for the job, besides red and green. I LOVE the Candy Cane Red (#636) and a sparkly green (#582). Can it be Christmas all the time?!!

UPDATE MAY 2022 Sarah again did my nails. Pink/white ombré for a wedding with gel....

My nails turned out beautifully, and the main head guy there was so kind and welcoming so I’ll give them an extra star, otherwise I would give 1/5. The reason for my bad review is due to what happened to me at the end of my visit.

My boyfriend and I were first time visitors. I got the gel mani/pedi and he got the superior pedi treatment. The gel prices weren’t listed so I had to find out as I went. It’s easy to list prices for gel! Part of my boyfriend’s treatment seemed to have missed some offerings in the bundle. A callous treatment was part of it and he was looking forward to that one especially, but we think the lady skipped it because we didn’t see it done.

Anyway, the main reason for my poor review was at the end for paying. The guy went to lunch so we had to deal with the head boss woman. My boyfriend paid and I tipped. It was about $120 for everything, and I tipped $20. The woman took the tip and then she asked for more!! I would’ve understood if I only tipped like $10, but $20 is a great tip. Her reason was that “three people did the job” and I gave her two $10’s so she wanted another $10. I felt so humiliated in front of my boyfriend. I’m on a budget, nails are a luxury experience to me, but after hearing that, it felt like my tip wasn’t good enough to give more. Terrible experience and awful for her to do that to us. I gave her an extra $10 but wish I told her to “Keep the $20 and YOU evenly divide that between the three people!” I hope she enjoys that extra $10 because we are never...
