I love this area, however I am concerned about the lack controls in place to prevent the people here from riding their bikes, scooters and skateboards on the sidewalks.
I have lived here for 5 months, in that time my grandmother was almost ran over in front of Rite Aid by a bunch of kids zooming past us and almost knocking us over.
They leave their bikes, scooters and skateboards in front of store entrances, so it’s hard to walk into the store.
Walking on sidewalks with my dog is not safe either, this morning a child decided to ride their bike on the sidewalk between me and my dog, tangled up the leash and almost ran over my dog. The dog is 12 pounds ..
I can’t believe I’m already planning on moving out of here. I mean I love it but I mean where can I walk and if I try to ask the kids to get off the sidewalk I get no resolve.
I’ve seen kids ride their stuff inside most if not all of the restaurants. They leave trash and debris everywhere in front of Panera bread, I’ve had things thrown at me and my dog. Does the security guard do anything or does he just get paid to drive around and wave at people ?
I pay way too much money to have these issues please set up some controls and enforce the rules please. These are considered vehicles and should be on the street, not on the sidewalk where I get run over dumping hot coffee all over myself and my dog because I couldn’t get out of the way in time from a...
Read moreLove the atmosphere, and the walkability. small parking lot, encourages carpools and electric cars. This is a great plaza c kids from across the street, at CCA, and PTMS, walk over, and buy things, rather than driving.
Nice community too. I wish there could be a community sale area, around the undeveloped area on the left of the road as you drive in, on Canyon Crest Academy Pointe. In that little hil area, as you drive in on the left, I was thinking that could be like a camera market some days, where people can set up tables to sell their used stiff, keyboards, mice, old TV's, desktop monitors, and more. This use of the land could even be profitable too, not only by attracting people to walk around there, but by the money that would be made by people selling their used stuff in that corner, every certain day if he week, Luke a farmer's market. It would get all he kids' attentions as they're walking away from school into the plaza and Pacific Highlands ranch, and they might even stop by to look at the tables of things for sale rift there. Those things, technology-used and cheap-would be targeted at them, kids. This plaA is going o be an amazing plaza, nice community. I love the apartments next door. It will create a nice...
Read moreI wonder if anyone can see these shopping mall reviews I have been writing today. If you are reading this, it feels like I have lost myself in shopping mall reviews. I've forgotten the meaning of writing a Google review in this sea of shopping mall reviews. Please look back to the good times where we would recommend a favorite dish or drink, when we would talk about the real issues that decided the fate of a place we wanted to go. Not these days, these days we talk about shopping malls in generalities because who is actually going to read this review looking for anything useful. Anyways, this mall also has alot of parking and...
