Burger Lounge — Restaurant in San Diego

We always ate at Burger Lounge in Del Sur, but since this place opened closer to our house, we came here. We ordered Lounge burgers and half and half fries. , over done meat, i said no tomato on my burger and they still put tomato and you know when u put a tomato on a burger, the taste of it still stays even if you take it off. The half and half fries had literally 3 pcs of onion rings, where is justice in that?? I only like the onion rings and my Bf wanted the fries so there was a lot of fries left to be thrown away. This is the second time it failed us! We are just gonna keep going back to the one in Del sur. For a $10 burger, it has to he better than in and out, otherwise Ill just go to in and out. Also service is mediocre. Cmon guys, this is Carmel Valley, Level up! I dont usually give reviews but this need to be better. Its burger lounge. Its the only burger place I go to next to Shake Shack. Ayayay! Have pride in your job and your restaurant guys. Do it right so your business will thrive in this area. And. Pls… stop squirting ketchup on your guest! I know this place just opened, but that is no excuse for a complete lack of customer service. As I was ordering my food, an employee squirted ketchup all over my very expensive white sweater and in my hair! The manager was apologetic, but seriously? I assumed they would offer to comp the fries I ordered, but she surprisingly did not. Then, instead of expediting my order so I could get home to get the ketchup off myself, I waited there for 10+ minutes.

I was willing to let all of this go, but when I got home, my fries were cold. Like cold cold. I live 3 minutes away, so there is no way they handed me hot food. It gets better. I called and said my husband would be driving back to pick up hot fries. When he got there, the manager (skylar) refused to replace the fries. She said they are not in the business of handing out free food. They are apparently just in the business of getting ketchup on people and serving them cold food.

This woman has clearly never worked a customer service job in her life. I’m shocked at the level of service we received and will obviously...

DELICIOUS BURGERS Burger lounge is a great exceptional chain that makes very high-end premium burgers. Very luxurious, sumptuous burgers and sandwiches they call them which include the cod sandwich and a veggie burger which is really luscious, as well as new burger combinations that are quite delicious and offer unique recipes that are very high quality. This burger chain can add up fast if you get any additions but you can count on a very beautiful burger for around $9 to $11 if you get the minimum. Even the kids burger is sensational just with cheese and nothing else. You will taste how delicious this grass-fed beef really is.
