Luna Grill Pacific Highlands Ranch — Restaurant in San Diego

I gave this place so many last Chance. They keep falling. Poor management very very bad employees and big attitude from these youngsters . When you have a complaint or an issue with the order the managers do not want to take a phone call I’ll talk to you and they are saying that’s your problem I send email to HQ, and for some reason They don’t seem to care much. I use Luna Gril when it’s only was one location in though they grew too big too fast I think this location is the wars I ordered a birthday dinner for 20 adults, 45 minutes I show up they told me they don’t see my orders and I had to go to the other location I called him to tell me know it’s in the Carmel Valley location. Then I showed up in the Carmel Valley location And they just start working on my order now after almost 2 hours later after I get my food and get home I noticed that they give me more stuff that I didn’t order in the stuff that I did order was missing when I called to explain to them they hung up the phone and said that’s your problem so not ours I send a letter to the management for some reason they don’t really care but the owners who give them jobs.

I wish to see in old enough manager with a experience with customer service and understanding that their are families that come here and looking for a quick food to buy, and so want to supervise those young kids with big attitude is the only do it because I feel like you have to

I’m stopping to shop here ever after being loyal for Luna Gril for the last eight years. Are used to eat there 2 to 3 times a week with my coworkers at lunch are used to use them for parties. But I lost my trust.

And the food wasn’t so fresh as well up to you people what you do this is my experience maybe some of you have a good experience but I don’t think the food is good as much anymore

The rice is mixed with yogurt!! the chicken is mix with lemon and yogurt to keep it fresh and to extend the Freezer time. The falafel don’t taste like falafel anymore. More like a mix of a laugh at that you buy nothing from scratch.

I feel bad for the only Middle Eastern food that we had in the area is destroyed because there’s no supervision and management the order should be on...

There was such a pleasant aroma when I walked into Luna grill. This is my first time here and I already knew that this place was going to be awesome. The scent of the kebab grilling on the grill really flooded through the air and made my appetite grow every second. I came here with a friend and we were craving Mediterranean food so I thought Luna grill was a perfect place to go. We started off with the traditional hummus appetizer, it was really good. It was creamy and flavorful and that pita bread was perfect and texture. For our main course I got the beef kabobs which was seasoned really well and moist. It had a perfect blend of herbs and spices. My friend got the Luna vida a bowl with falafel. He said it tasted real good and he loves that healthy feeling when he finishes a meal. Tito and Haley practice a quality that many, many establishment lack these days, and that's genuine customer service. They both made a sincere effort to make sure our experience was pleasant. just to give one example, I ordered an item I ended up not liking, simply because it's something new I haven't tried and ended up not being to my tastes. I didn't eat it and asked if I could possibly replace it with something else, and they insisted I not pay the difference even though I requested a more expensive replacement, saying "we just want everyone to like their food, no problem" and even offered for me to take the dish I didn't like to-go and give it to my roommates or whoever otherwise they would just be throwing it away.
