Generation Nails — Local services in San Francisco

Do not come here. They are the most racist, dirtiest, nastiest, most unprofessional and rude nail salon I have ever gone to. My friend first wanted to get an ombré set but the rude Asian guy but did not know how to do it so she just asked for a plain French tip. First of all he did not have any white tips so he used clear and had to draw on the white tip which was extremely lop sided and incorrect. I spoke up on behalf of my friend and told him that it was crooked and he got extremely upset and did not want to fix it. Then after he had an attitude fixing it when he was done the other nail was messed up and I told him but he said there’s nothin he can do and he will not fix it, keep in mind he said with an attitude. So as a concerned first time customer I asked him if this was their policy? Is this how you treat your customers? So when a nail stylist messes up on the paint they do not fix it and that’s that? Suffice to say we got into it, he fixed and yanked her finger but her nails are the most ugliest nails ever especially for a simple French tip for $40. That’s the most easiest thing to do. And on top of it all another woman who was black was being mocked and ridiculed by her nail stylist who was another Asian man. I was like wow. And the nail salon was extremely dirty full of dust. I've gone to this nail shop primarily for its convenient location, for over a year. The owner is often rude to her clientele. After I saw an elderly woman mistreated, I knew I could not continue to support this establishment in good faith. I find Tammy's behavior, manners, and customer service shocking and appalling. Because of its convenient location many regular clients have grown accustomed to the lack of regard and respect for their contribution to this enterprise's success that customers should expect and command. I had a wedding to attend the same day that I had a fill and a pedicure done and it was the Best!!The pedicure was my absolute favorite because of the deep cleaning and dead skin grader they used on my feet. My fiancé also had a mani and pedi. It was such a relief to see and feel all the dead skin that came off my heels. They also understood that was pressed for time and didn’t want to miss the wedding.
