And if you are bringing your family, be extra careful near the water's edge as sneaker waves and undertows are very common. You do need to exercise caution here, especially if you are walking around during less busy times with expensive camera equipment. Smash-and-grabs are unfortunately common here.

There's no such place as "Golden Gate & Bakers Beach". These are two separate places. Golden Gate is the strait which connects the San Francisco Bay to the Pacific Ocean. Baker Beach is a public beach facing the Pacific Ocean on the western side of the San Francisco peninsula. Not sure who created this listing, but they are obviously very easily confused.
