Avoid This Company for Grocery Services!!!
I strongly advise against ordering groceries from this company due to their chaotic management and questionable business practices. I purchased $500 in gift cards, but after they ceased operations in Southern California, I faced a nightmare trying to get a refund for the remaining ~$200 balance.
Since the credit card I originally used was canceled, I requested a refund through PayPal or a check—any method they preferred. They ignored my requests for months, then astonishingly told me to contact their payment vendor directly, seemingly assuming I was unaware of my legal rights.
After asserting my rights, they finally agreed to review my case, only to claim that my gift cards had a zero balance. I was shocked by their shameless response, so I emailed them proof of my balance, including screenshots and past communications, and threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB)—which I did.
Following my BBB complaint, their tone changed, and they eventually agreed to refund me.

Read moreLike a Saturday Night Live skit or a mean prank, all FOUR of my shipments (3 were the same order, the original and then 2 replacement shipments) WERE 20-80% RUINED and inedible. Plus, my house number (not the street) has been mysteriously absent from all 4 shipments. The first 3 times, the delivery company called to verify my address! The last time, they remembered the house because of the 3 prior issues! Instead of refunding my credit card like I asked, they gave me a Grub Market credit! As if I wanted to dare order from them again! My husband strongly suggested I get non-produce, in hopes of having edible food. Amazingly, everything was just dumped in the box, invoice ripped, prunes out of their package and pistachios spread around!
Astounding. Seriously. We order online ALOT and I’ve never had anywhere close to this level of poor packaging, egregious delivery, and inconvenient remedies. I spent hours sorting out these messes.

Read moreSuch an absolute terrible experience. I have ordered from Grub Market before and had some issues with incomplete orders however they always made right. It’s been a couple years since my last order so I decided to try it again and my order was partially (only about 1/3 of what I ordered) delivered 6 days after it was supposed to be delivered. I had been communicating with customer support to gain details on when my order would arrive. To be clear, this was not an issue with the carrier. Grub Market did not create the shipping label until 3 days after my order was supposed to arrive. I believe they boxed my order up in time, but forgot about it and continued to ship the already packaged produce which resulted in my produce sitting in a box for over 6 days. Once it finally came every single item in my box was completely rotten. I noticed as the delivery driver came up the porch the box was leaking!
