Today's Furniture — Local services in San Francisco

I got fooled coming here from the fake good reviews. Wasted my time driving here to a non-existent business with zero customer service, literally. They don't care for customers obviously and did not wanted business. They acted like they were busy when there were no other customers there. They didn't even wanted to talk to me. I was not dress like a homeless or a poor person so why treat me this way? I had cash ready to be spent. Or maybe they treat all walk-in customers like that. If you don't want business then close your doors, don't leave them open. I do not recommend this place. Don't get suckered by the reviews like I did. They were probably paid to write...

I usually don't believe great reviews for retail. Probably because I've never seen a "great" one before - especially furniture. I stand corrected.

The reviews are true. This is a hidden gem of SF. Great selection, amazing prices and the nicest people! The owner was (a Vietnamese woman who's had the business in the family for decades) is always available without being over bearing. She figured out a way to help get us what we wanted and we left with smiles on our faces. That just doesn't happen much these days - especially shipping for furniture.

Affordable prices, friendly staff, pretty good stock choices, what's not to like? I felt like I was in and out in 30 min, and I didn't feel rushed. I ended up buying a three-seater couch for only $300, and didn't look like it was poor quality or anything, it was just the last one they had in stock so I think they were mainly just trying to clear it out. Couch delivery is scheduled for later this week and since I've had such a positive experience here so far, I really hope I don't get disappointed. Free delivery for orders over $250.
