Great prices and deals. Unfortunately, the customer service was poor. There are many positive reviews about this store, but that is mainly because they have a promotion stating if you leave a good review, you get a free gift. My personal experience with the employee, Hamza, was bad and he was extremely rude and impatient. I informed him that they had a promotion on one of the products, but he was uninformed of the promotion so he quickly denied it instead of asking for a second opinion. I understand that employees sometimes may be uninformed of things, that wasn't my problem at all. It's his attitude. He seemed snappy. Like a "know it all" type. I asked for the manager, Nancy, and she informed me that it indeed is a promotion for the item. Nancy resolved the issue by giving me the promotion but was also rude and she allowed her employee to make side comments towards me as I was making my purchase. Yesterday was my first time coming here and I genuinely feel that this is my new favorite dispensary. I wish I got the names of the ladies who helped me last night but honestly all of them were so nice, this review is about every person that worked last night January 22, the nicest budtenders ever. This dispensary surprisingly did not smell like weed, it smelled like an ocean breeze or a fresh shower. First time I’ve ever walked into a dispensary that didn’t smell like weed. I was even more shocked when I opened the oakfruitland tree and got and was blasted by the smell. Don’t be fooled by the good smell in there, the weed is loudddd. I like how compact, yet spacious it was in there. I was able to walk around and see everything while keeping up conversation with the lovely workers, all of them were so kind and genuinely wanted me to have a good experience.
