I haven't visited the storefront they appear to have. I did attend an estate sale in San Francisco. I found these agents to be professional and well organized. It is difficult to strike a balance between respecting the legacy of the departed, providing value for the estate and making the event worthwhile for visitors. Yes, this is one of two “brick and mortar” store that support the estate sales that are held at various residences in the Bay Area throughout the year, typically on weekends. To refute some other negative comments, it is common for the store hours to be limited because of on site/in home sales elsewhere.
