Wow. I never thought a florist with such a solid rating would have the audacity to deliver this sad bouquet. The alstroemeria are so old they are shriveling and falling apart. The roses are curling up at the edges. The sunflowers are also losing their petals and wilting. In the center of the bouquet is a the stem of lily that’s been clipped off; the stem is mushy at the cut point. These flowers are old; maybe this is a Valentine’s Day bouquet that didn’t sell. I'm new to SF, and my husband has been sending me flowers from my flower shop since I've been here. The arrangements I've received from this flower shop have been absolutely beautiful. This Valentine's day, I was sent a bouquet, but I had some issues. Rich the owner MADE IT RIGHT. Not only did he fix the problem, but he went above and beyond my expectations with both service and the fresh bouquet he delivered. The flowers were not on hand which is not really a surprise being a Friday and not market day for most florists. It was a last-minute purchase and not planned. I said to go ahead and make something you can similar. The flowers were not at all as shown but beautiful in the same tones and a variety of flowers. Not modern looking but more traditional. The one disappointment is the container. I had planned on using it after being birch wood and round but this was a plastic square container wrapped in wood looking paper. Glass would've been nicer if not the wood. So this lessened the...
