I have had minor problems with orders in the past, but this time was ridiculous. I received a phone call 8/23 that they only had a partial stock of an item that I ordered. I returned their call the same day and told the associate that I would just like to cancel the out of stock items but that I still needed the standard earrings. When I received tracking for my shipment, I was billed for the out of stock items and was due to receive a partial shipment of what was available. I called them back and had the same associate that I had previously spoken to and asked why I was billed for and being shipped the items if I cancelled prior. She admitted to it being her mistake and said that a manager would call me back. No one called back. I called again Friday and was told that the manager "just wasn't in" and would get a call back. Called again Tuesday and was told they weren't in. I called again 8/30 around 3pm my time, and was told the manager was "out to lunch". I informed the associate that I had already called several times with no returned call and was planning on sending the entire order back and starting a chargeback process. She let me know that "she isn't going to give you your money back." and let me know that she would call me back when she gets in. I'm not sure how "cancel the out of stock items" means to go ahead and ship and bill them to you anyway. I will not be doing business with this company again. Although I do miss their hands on approach in store purchasing, the online ordrring manner does save time for the both of us. As a 13 Years Experienced Body Piercer, they sell me the jewelry, and I choose the lengths and specific jewelry that I choose to pierce with, I know how to do the piercings, and they know how to sell me the jewelry. Read moreI’ve been ordering from this company for over 5 years. Today they have officially lost my business. In the past their coatings have stand the test of time. I made orders back in march and April. I already have clients returning because their gold jewelry has faded after only 3 weeks of wear. I contacted the company because I would never sell something like this. Their response was my customer was responsible for the way they wear it and not taking it out for showering and that this is normal and they won’t accept returns or do anything about it because it’s now July. Why would I buy a gold piece that is going to turn only 3 weeks later?!? Little mistakes in the past and an occasional quality problems I have been able to overlook in the past.
