Got my lashes done here due to the amount of good reviews. It was super busy in the studio, in a busy plaza. The appointment was super easy to book and the service was quick (1 hour) for most sets and on the cheaper end with pricing. However, after the set, my eyes were burning for quite some time.

I have been a lash artist myself for a decade now, so I can easily tell what went wrong. I had 2 lashes stuck to my eyelid and a few cluster of fans stuck to multiple natural lashes. This caused it to sting prolonged even after getting home which isn't usual for me when I get them done back home. Although this happened, the artist that did my lashes was super sweet and accommodating.

But some feedback would be to go over every extension base to make sure nothing is stuck to another because it hurts. I understand some of the reviews mentioned their sets lasting weeks on weeks but this is a major sign as to why its lasting longer, but lash health wise, its stressing.

Edit: Here are photos of proof I was in your shop since you think they are fake photos. I wouldn't lie about it. What is the point in me lying when I don't even live in California to begin with? They actually hurt and part of the adhesive that was glued to my skin flaked off as a flat piece. If its stuck onto multiple, it is stuck onto multiple. That is a clear fact. I'm just providing feedback and I'm not local to be getting it fixed left and right if theres multiple issues in one session.

Had a traumatic experience here. I came here twice first time I showed one style they did a completely different one but it honestly looked good still so I thought let me try this again OMG worst decision. It was a different lady this time that during the removal ripped out a lot of my lashes then said you have holes in your lashline but I’ll fix it for you. This was honestly already when i was over it but i was like whatever im already here I can’t change that she ripped out my lashes anyway. She also kept asking you want c curl or d curl because what you have is more g curl and I was like lady I want what I showed you I don’t know what all these terms are. She didn’t even want to take a pic of the example photo I wanted. 2!!!!! Hours later she did one eye and asked me if this is what I want. I attached a picture here I almost had a panic attack. It looked awful and nothing like what I’ve asked for at all. Then she called over another lady saying ohhh prettyyyyy. I was literally like this is not pretty and not what I asked for. The lady said ok I can take some away I was like no let’s remove everything and I’ll go somewhere else. She put the remove solution on everything started burning so much and I felt so uncomfortable. I was like let me just go like that I’ll find someone to remove it and make me a new set. She in the end removed the lashes but my eye is still irritated. I would never come back here. I am thrilled that I FINALLY found an amazing eyelash technician! Mia is extremely professional, an absolute sweetheart. She actually listened to what I asked, did not try to up-sell me or pressure me to get an eyelash style/look that I did not want. She practices hygienic standards that are above average, she is incredibly skilled and her eyelash application was so gentle my sensitive eyes did not water at all. I am thankful to her for taking her time with her application and for taking all the proper steps to ensure that I was fully satisfied with my extensions. They are gorgeous and look so natural but make me look stunning. Thank you Mia! One last thing, I really appreciate the fact that Mia stated, (paraphrasing here) if I feel any sensitivity/discomfort or lose a significant amount of eyelashes over the next couple of days, call and come back to have my lashes fixed or altogether reapplied 😝. Talk about PHENOMENAL customer service/satisfaction.
