Went in beginning of this month February for their $100 facial special. Upon entering they immediately began upselling other different treatments to add on to try to get you away from that price as much as possible. I opted in for a serum which the lady said it was absolutely “necessary” making the total $150 which i then realized after was their average normal price for one so wasn’t really a special at that point.

The facial itself seemed ok. Once it came time to check out the receptionists working behind the counter will try to very persistently get you into buying their facial packages for $1000+. I politely declined wanting to pay my total and go about my day. They asked me again another 4+ times after saying no thanks the first times then dropping the price after claiming a special for me only price. After a few more polite no thank you’s she finally said she’d give me another special price if i prepay my next visit. I agreed on the basis on just wanting to leave at that point.

I asked for a receipt for confirmation and she refused. She said for me to just take a picture of one she wrote for herself. Kinda weird no? 2 weeks later i reached out to set up my “prepaid” visit and went in. After my 2nd facial upon checking out again was persistently pushed into buying their facial packages again i politely declined. I thanked them and as i started to leave she said i hadn’t paid. I reminded her that i had “prepaid” my visit and even told her at the beginning when i came checked in. She said no that i still needed to pay but luckily i did take that picture she said last time and showed it to her. After a bit back and forth she just said ok and sighed.

Before leaving i made another appointment (don’t even know why at this point,but facial seemed good so figured ill give them one last chance) I scheduled another one 2 weeks later for the beginning of March. Before leaving i confirmed my appointment day/time and was told im all set.

Today Feb22 i get a call saying my appointment was all set for tomorrow to come in. I remind her it’s for next week and not tomorrow. She apologizes and then says there was a note written on my account to prepay beforehand but i hadn’t paid it. I told her i made the appointment in person before leaving my last facial and was not informed, so why wasn’t this said to me before leaving. Ended up just canceling.

What a great experience.

I was looking for a new place and something local to get fillers at. I found a Groupon deal and thought I would call to make an appointment. I usually don’t like to purchase the Groupon until I speak with someone at the business because I know Groupon chargers them fees. When I called I asked if they could honor the price and also asked for details on the deal.

When I spoke with someone they were very nice and helpful, they said they would definitely honor the price and gave me all the information I needed. They were so kind enough to squeeze me in with an appointment the same day.

It kinda blows my mind when business can’t get you in the same day or even the next day for fillers because they claim they are busy when in reality it takes minutes to do these fillers. Since I was new they did ask me to fill out some new patient paper work and even with that I was in and out of my appointment in less than 30 min. So I truly appreciate them getting me in the same day and with amazing service.

The location is in a busy little plaza (2 story) located off the main street Valley Blvd. The business is on the second floor which they do have stairs and an elevator. There is tons of parking but be cautious when pulling in and out, parking is tight space and very busy.

The business is such a vibe, they have this place beautifully decorated and a few good photos ops. Once you arrive the staff immediately greets you and welcomes you in. While waiting they were so kind to offer me complimentary water.

Shortly after I was directed to a room were they took a couple of before photos and then proceeded to the room to wait for the nurse. With no wait time at all the nurse came right in and did her thing. The nurse was so friendly and listened to what I wanted and was not pushy or overselling me on anything. It literally took minutes and I was done and walking out a happy customer.

I have now been coming here for at least 4 visit and I am still very happy and enjoy coming back. The staff has always been so welcoming and very professional. The prices are very competitive to others around and they do their best to get you in when needed.

I either write reviews if the business is amazing or horrible. These ppl are a scam! Don't waste your time & money. I took my mom there for botox/juerderm and they sold us a face lifting package and we saw absolutely no results after spending so much money. I'm trying to get my money back. They try to sell you stuff that you don't need. They lied and stated that were going to give me a free oxygen facial and laser lighing treatment and instead I received a regular facial with no extractions. The laser treatment messed up my face and caused me to break up. The lady told me that laser lighting treatment doesn't work well with my skin tone, which is olive after the lady saw how my face responded to the laser. She was freaking out. I couldn't go out for days bc my face looked horrible. I had to spend money to go get a facial to calm my face down. We were very disappointed. I called to get my money back & the lady was trying to tell me that the machine is FDA approved and convince me that she sees results by looking at the pics. Just bc it's FDA approved doesn't mean it works for all skin types or works at all. My mom received botox/juerderm elsewhere after this treatment bc there were no results whatsoever.
