Hello everyone. I lived In Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico for two years recrntly. I tasted tacos a vapor, chicharones cooked fresh early in the morning, chilaquilles with home made cheese, but the food I really enjoyed having were the TORTAS Ahogadas in La Colonia Atlas. These TORTAS ahogadas here in San Jacinto are exactly like the TORTAS I enjoyed in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Very authentic and true to our culture. If you never been to Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico, you might want to visit TORTAS Ahogadas Chapala, in San Jacinto, Ca. a true authentic Mexican comfort food.
