The shift manager "Karen" was EXTREMELY unprofessuinal and rude! I was making a return of a $30 weighing scale I purchased from another Walgreen's with a receipt! She told me that I "altered" my receipt because I tore off all the extra paper from the bottom of my receipt . It still had the bar code and purchase info on it . She refused to problem solve and said they needed my rewards number from them bottom of the receipt. I told her i hadn't used any rewards. But my card info is on there and i told her i can show her my card and my ID .. She refused and literally told me to "Take it back where I got it from"... All while she had both her hands on her hips. I figured all she had to do was look in the rewards system have me enter my phone number, check my card and id and everything would be fine. She even exchanged words with me. Needless to say I went to the other Walgreens and literally had no...

There was a huge line and a brutal wait to get to the register to pay for your items. I had an unfortunate interaction with an employee that I had stopped to ask where I could get a shopping cart or a hand basket for my items I was buying. I had my arms full with several boxes of gauze, wound ointment, antiseptic, band aids and medical tape I needed. She lied and Told me " OH WE DON'T HAVE THOSE ANYMORE BECAUSE PEOPLE KEEP STEALING." I found it curious once I got to the front register to pay and then as I was leaving the store walked right past the shopping carts. Not to mention they had only one check stand open and didn't respond at all to the need for more open checkouts or cashier's up front. My Uber driver was waiting outside because it was only meant to take a few minutes and it's not a shocker that he seemed irritated when I made it back...

Beware getting information from the pharmacy as they lie about the price and then once you pick up your prescription if it is near closing time you will not have time to transfer your script and you will be stuck in pain all nite until the next day when you can transfer your script somewhere else where they will not lie to you about the price. They also short prescriptions so that you will not know until you get home that you paid for but only received half of your prescription ordered by your Dr. Talked to both the pharmacist and the pharmacy manager and neither don't care that they are treating their customers so poorly with such incompetent treatment. Do not patronize either the pharmacy or the store. They don't deserve your money. Not good. Worst...
