I think i found my new go to local spot for authentic mex eats. The price is fair for the size. Asada burrito was large and had a good amount of meat inside it and not a lot of fatty pieces, the chicken tacos were plentiful. the salsa verde wasn't hot and the rojo tasted a little like a hot sauce brand I recognized. Finally a butcher in the Hemet/San Jacinto area! I grew up back east and was spoiled with some excellent polish butchers so I was happy to see this place to finally open! I have tried the chorizo so far, which was not fatty and very flavorful. I've also requested ribeye steaks cut 1 inch thick on a special order, and they had them fresh cut a couple days later when their deliveries came in.
