If I could give this establishment a 0 I definitely would. My family and I had a very unpleasant visit 07/02/2022 as we arrived to get some ice cream. We arrived at 8:30-8:45 which we understand can be frustrating for employees. As they close at 9:00pm. We went with the intention of leaving a well deserved tip. As we knew it was late. However, one of the girls was extremely rude & walked away in the middle of taking the order. So majority of us decided to walk out rather than ordering. Right away one of the girls working asked if we were all together & rolled her eyes. She seemed upset at the fact that there was customers. Then as we asked for our ice cream, she threw the ice cream in the cup with an attitude and seemed irritated. Terrible customer service. The location also looked like it needed some cleaning. It did not look presentable. The restroom was a complete mess. There was watermelon chunks & a fruit cup on the floor. Meanwhile the restroom stated "Please keep clean." As someone who works customer service and has worked for restaurants. I've always treated everyone equal as if they were the first customer of the day. The girl closed an hour early and said she had a family emergency. The things we did order online were very poorly made. On top of that the girl put that most of our ice cream order was out of stock. (Banana splits and a boba tea) Very lazy and unprofessional. If I could give a zero rating I would. They need to check cameras and rethink who they hire. And if it's family employed, then rethink who you have running the shop. Seems like a front to me, they're probably using it as store front disguise for other business if you know...

Horrible, just horrible! I bought the guava raspado and threw it away. It was all sugar and no flavor, in other words, un edible. Also purchased the banana covered in chocolate ice cream, I thought, what could go wrong?! Again, very disappointed. Both items were gross. I strongly advise the owners that they either hire someone else to make the ice cream or open another type of business. Look at the reviews, terrible customer service and terrible product.
