They are the best! Have been going here past 3 years n have never had any problems! Highly recommend this salon. They are extremely clean maintain high level hygiene! The stylist are very patient, utter professionals n well trained!

04/01/25- I am a huge fan of this place but this time around it’s about the Nail specialist. I just asked for a gel color change. She exactly filed the thumb nail in my legs and charged for that. She gets annoyed if we refuse to get Manicure/ Pedicure done and starts explaining how my nails and cuticle are bad and it’s not very expensive. Firstly by nature or you can say by default I am an OCD and I know how hygienically I maintain my toe nails and finger nails. Secondly does she feel I can’t afford it? It’s time constraints that make me skip it lady. While applying gel color I keep pulling my hands and feet in n out of the LED UV box multiple times, due to which I missed noticing that she hadn’t applied a second coat on my left nails. But this being a daily routine job, how could she miss it? Quite disappointing how she over charges and not do a good job and top of that complain to me how dirty my cuticles are (which obviously isn’t the case 🙄) It’s high time they get a better Nail artist to their salon & have a remarkable upgrade in their stars. Horrible experience. I paid over a hundred dollars for basically one of the worst experiences. Got my hair cut during labor day weekend, if that changes anything. So basically upon arrival, they were not clear about pricing. The board in front said 45 dollars for a haircut and I confirmed with the woman at the counter - she said 45 plus taxes. And then another woman comes running from behind and says “no no, it’s 90 dollars now.” I was confused but went ahead anyway. They said they were going to wash my hair and then cut and I assumed the wash would include conditioner but it was basically a poor excuse for wash because they used water ( more on my shirt than on my hair ) and maybe half a pump of shampoo, mind you I had really long hair. The rest of the cut went smoothly ( got it cut until my shoulder ) until I go home and take a look, only to find there are 5 spots where the hair is clearly sticking out 4-5 inches, basically left uncut ( I have attached photos for reference. ) I am so disappointed I wasted all this money on such a poor job. Horrible place for a haircut. Took almost two hours to finish and still got it wrong. The stylist doesn't suggest and doesn't know what hairstyle is good for you. He just does what you tell him to do. Only understands a few words in english like "yes, no, shorter, longer, picture". If you say what hairstyle you want, he'll just nod in agreement and continue with what he's doing. This made communication so hard. When he finished the horrible haircut, I explained to him that this isn't what I wanted but he just argues that my hair is different from the "picture" I showed him. Ultimately, I gave up because the stylist can't understand what I'm saying. And when I said, just finish up and I'll leave, one of the staff came over rudely asking me if this was my first time or I've been there before.
