The most friendliest place for high end luxury goods. I wanted their monogram dog hoodie after seeing how it was sold out online in just a few hours. Fortunately, Ines was able to get me one on hold and I absolutely love the item. Surprisingly Burberry did an great job this time by offering dog clothes, which hasn't been offered for years. It looked spectacular on my dog and he was checking himself out in the mirror too! The staff was very attentive and accommodating. They gave me their personal opinions of the items they have on display and it was very helpful to know what I'm going into. Eventually I came in a few days later and I wanted to match with my dog, so Ines again, was able to get me that matching Men's Monogram Hoodie. Now that my dog and I have matching hoodies, I'll acutally have to take him out more instead of leaving him home often.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Alicia for the wonderful job in assisting me in shortening the sleeves on my new Burberry trench coat. I was a little nervous about having such a delicate and expensive item altered, but Alicia put me at ease right away. She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly how I wanted the sleeves to fit. She also offered helpful suggestions and made sure I was comfortable with the planned alterations. The result is absolutely perfect! Everything is great until you need to make a return. The return policies are predatory and not aligned with what is listed as return conditions on the receipt. We bought a Mini Frances for my mom from this store when visiting and she wanted to return it with the gift receipt, the store would not allow her to return using the gift receipt and said the original form of payment needed to be present to return. The receipt terms do not state that an original receipt or form of payment is required for returns. We live in a different state from my mom and their solution was to tell her to overnight the bag to us so we could return it here. When questioned, they just kept repeating “this is our policy” even though it is not listed anywhere. Awful customer service when you’re not just there to spend money.
