Edit: Third time I tried to phone, they wouldn't pick up so I called management who took my order for then we were told the wait would be more than an hour.
We gave them an hour and 40 to have the pizza ready before we lined up, and sure enough we were told to wait on the side again. We only had to wait maybe 5 more minutes.
So TL;DR: Order AT LEAST an hour in advance, maybe even longer.
Twice now I've ordered a combo and cheese pizza from the food court and twice I've had to wait well over an hour despite calling in both times.
The first time they couldn't find my phone order, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived to pick it up and was told they couldn't find the phone order under my name so they didn't have it prepared and told me to they'd put it in the oven and it would be out in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later my order isn't called so I line back up only to be told they just put the pizzas in the oven, and it would be about 7 minutes. 20 minutes later my order is finally called.
The second time is more of the same, except they did the "we just put in the oven and it will be out in 10" THREE TIMES before we're told to wait another 5 while they got the pizzas.
Again, we did call ahead and checked in when it was supposed to be ready but their kitchen is unbelievably slow, unbelievably busy or both.
If you aren't getting pizza however everything else comes out fairly quick and tastes great...
Read moreIt's the same food as any other Costco food court; but it's significantly more disorganized than any other Costco I've been to.
I called in a half-and-half pizza and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes.
When I arrived, I paid for the pizza; but being as there was a crowd divided into 3 lines, I called again to see if I go straight to the counter since I am 5 minutes late, or if I wait in line. I was instructed to wait in line.
After 30 minutes in the line labeled "Whole Pizza Pick-Up", a lady behind the counter started shouting "there are only two lines, everyone waiting for whole pizza pick-up must go to the back of the other lines." People before me protested, as they had already waited 40 minutes and were not told at any point that they wouldn't be served at the spot designated for "Whole Pizza Pick-Up." The lady came out front and started taking everyone's receipt number, and when I asked what the wait for my phone order, which was scheduled to be picked up 40 minutes prior, would be ready.
I was handed a pizza immediately, and I left without looking in the box.
When I got home, I opened the box and saw they gave me the wrong type of pizza.
It took 42 minutes to receive a phone order after arriving 5 minutes beyond the scheduled time, and I was given...
Read moreMy brother, who is disabled and in a power wheelchair, came in before me to buy a tv and purchased a hot dog while I arrived with my truck. A supervisor allowed him and his friend to sit in an area near the service desk that is for employees breaks so that she could help feed him until I arrived. I got there shortly and a few minutes later an employee named Arturo arrived and saw my brother and said that the area was for employees only. We explained that a manager allowed him to sit back there so he could eat with his friend's help. He turned around, shaking his head in disgust, and went to ask every supervisor in the area who let them use a table in the "employee only break area". I went to speak to a manager about his reaction and he came back to the break area visibly angry. My brother went to apologize and he said, "Today is not the day, man" which to most people meant that he was threatening a guy in a wheelchair! This employee apparently is disgusted with disabled people and can't stand to see them in HIS break area. I am going to the next level in making this known to...
