Update Jan 16, 2025 In response to Express's stock reply. I already called their customer service number on Nov 23, 2024 after visiting the store. The customer service representative was professional and listened well, but was not able to assist and do anything but repeat Express's return policy that I shared in my original review. That online, it's from 30 days from the ship date and not the delivery date that you can return an item. So beware, online you are penalized with a shorter time with the items in hand. Plus Express's "free shipping" is among the slowest so you may have the items in hand 5+ days LESS in hand before the return period is over vs buying in store.
BEWARE Express's return and exchange policy is from the ship date not the delivery date. So you're penalized with a shorter return time period online with less time with the items in your possession vs purchasing in the store! Ordered a few items online on Oct 19, 2024. The items shipped on Oct 23, and delivered on Oct 29, 2024. I tried to return the items on Nov 23, and my return was denied because the 30 days to return or exchange is from the date the items shipped. And since October has 31 days that window ended on Nov 22, 2024. So it took 6 days after the items were shipped before I received them. So that's 24 days I had the item in my possession if that's from the delivery date to return the item. If I bought it in the store I would have 30 days, so you're penalized when you buy it online. And Express's free shipping is one of the slowest. I won't be buying anything from Express anytime soon, and will at least warn the people I know of their slow shipping which return policy that penalizes you buying online vs in-store. So beware buying online...

As I tried to make the most of the last hour of shopping, I walked in but was taken aback when no one greeted me. Despite there being about six employees on the sales floor alongside ten customers, none of the staff offered any assistance. After 30 frustrating minutes of searching, I finally found the size and style I wanted. However, when I went to find a fitting room to try the items on, I discovered it was locked. There were supposed to be employees monitoring that area for loss prevention, but no one was available to help, which was quite disappointing from a service standpoint.
I made my way back to the counter, where I noticed four employees watching the customers but not stepping up to help anyone. I couldnāt resist asking sarcastically, āDo you guys work here?ā hoping to prompt them into action. Overall, the sales team and management appeared lackluster.
