I purchased my husband's wedding ring 33 years ago from Jade Galore in San Francisco Chinatown. A couple of months ago, one of the small diamonds fell out and my husband took it to a local jeweler in Oregon. He was told that they couldn't repair the ring and would have to recast it and make him a new one. My husband contacted Jade Galore in their Stonestown store because we had a lifetime warranty on the ring and found out that they had two other stores. To make a long story short, the personnel from the Stonestown, Cupertino, and Milpitas stores were all very attentive to his needs, called frequently to coordinate our schedule to come to one of the stores to get my husband's ring repaired and to make sure that a jeweler was present when we came. Irene Wong in the Milpitas store was wonderful! She made sure my husband's ring was repaired by one of their jewelers and coordinated delivery of his ring back to us in Oregon. There was Christina, also from the Milpitas store, a gentleman from the Stonestown and Cupertino store and countless others whose names I don't remember. And of course, the wonderful jeweler who repaired my husband's ring and the jeweler who fixed and replaced the clasps on our necklaces in the Milpitas store. I can say that I have the highest regard for Irene and all her colleagues. Thank you so much for making our 33rd year wedding anniversary so much more special by the care you gave my husband's ring and for your kind consideration and attention to our needs.
For anyone out there who is considering buying 24 k gold jewelry or any other jewelry for investment or for wear, please come to Jade Galore. They will treat you right. After all, we have customers for over 33 years and will continue to be their customers.

Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and I've always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because it's secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stone's size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. Read moreThis is the first time I visited the new location since JG moved from Milpitas Square a few years ago. I'm so glad the store has kept intact its best part, which is the superb customer service. The inside has been upgraded to a more luxury setting and the store has a lot more designs at all price points to offer. The staff treats the customers like true VIPs, even though I just had a small custom work order. I'm not sure if they have the lowest price in town, however from the consultation with Fannie I can feel they do prioritize customers' need rather than pushing for higher price options. The custom item comes back very well made, and I enjoyed very much the whole process. After all, jewelry shopping is not only about a merchandise but also about experience.
