Jimmy Choo — Local services in San Jose

The shop assistants at this store are awesome. Especially “Alice”! I live in Connecticut and recently had to purchase a pair of Jimmy Choo’s for my fiance and we were very tight on time after online ordering it was unsuccessful and the pair that was shipped was in awful condition. When we returned those pair they had ran out of the size online and the only store carrying it was in California! I contacted them hopelessly but they were really supportive and caring. Alice made every effort to reassure us of the quality and condition of the shoe (given we had no faith after the online purchase experience) by sending so many pictures and videos. It didn’t even stop there. She made sure to deliver it to us in time by sending it with next day air and waiving the shipping costs. Once we received the shoes, they were perfect and gift wrapped. She had also included extra fabric bags in the box!

I went to the mall looking for bridal shoes. I tried Bloomingdales, Prada, Gucci... nothing. However, all of the sales representatives at these stores, eager to help a customer, responded with the same thing, “you should check out Jimmy Choo.” I walked into Jimmy Choo, and Mira immediately greeted me. She was super helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions regarding prices, heel sizes, shipping if need be, etc. When I tried on the pair that I thought were “the one,” I was nervous to commit and told Mira that I needed to look around a bit more. When I came back, I tried on maybe 10+ shoes?! Mira was so patient, understanding that this was an important decision for me. Finally, after trying on “the one” for the third time, I said “yes” to the shoes! Mira whole heartedly supported my decision and went above and beyond to make the day extra special for me. Alice was absolutely incredible with helping me resolve an issue. I purchased a pair of Rome Sneakers online and unfortunately had a tear appear in the leather with just a few months of use. While on vacation in San Francisco, I stumbled onto this Jimmy Choo store and decided to pop in to ask if this is normal. Alice went above and beyond - not only did she offer me a few options to resolve on the spot, she gave me a shipping label to send the shoes back for repair after I got back home in DC.

I mailed them in and Alice helped coordinate with the repair techs in the area. There was amazing communication throughout the process. I received the shoes back this week along with a handwritten note. I am blown away by the care and service!
