Came in here to return something I bought online. It was much hotter inside that it was outside. You could tell as soon as you take one step inside, the AC was broken, or at least I assume it was, they didnāt actually say anything. Looking back at previous reviews, itās either been broken for a month or itās been on/off broken for the past month. Either way itās ridiculous with how hot it is that they expect their employees to work in that all day, let alone expect someone to be able to stand in there long enough to purchase something. After I returned my item, I thought about going upstairs but it wasnāt worth it. They should also consider the moods this puts their employees in. I donāt blame them because it was SO HOT, but the manager who helped me did not return my greeting or tell me thank you/good bye after the transaction was over. I donāt think ANY words were exchanged. The only reason the transaction happened was because Iāve returned things from online before and know the process. Honestly all I got was a blank stare. You need to fix the AC if not for your employees than please for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Urban Outfitters is centrally located in San Jose with great access to accessible parking. it is typically overpriced but obviously not anymore overpriced than any other Urban Outfitters for a store that's in a mall. I was impressed with the array of hair products and low to mid priced makeup they had, the standard fast fashion jewelry and accessories, some overpriced Polaroid camera garbage (extremely wasteful by the way) and appropriately trendy clothes the sales staff was quite available friendly. It was fairly horrifying to see a Grateful Dead t-shirt there but I guess money is money. I cannot imagine myself putting their dietary supplements in my body but they had a number of them available. If you seen it on Instagram, SnapChat, or a Kardashian / Jenner, it's in Urban...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTLDR: Rude staff, discriminatory treatment.
The staff at this UO location were very rude and had a lot of attitude. No one was coordinating the fitting room, so I went in to try clothes on. A few minutes later, the staff comes by to tell me to put my clothes on and leave the dressing room, and that clearly they had blocked the dressing room so no one could enter with a bunch of attitude. However, the dressing room entry way was wide open and there was no sign saying the fitting room was closed.
As I was leaving, they let in a white mom and her daughter into the dressing room⦠Iām not entirely sure if this was discrimination, but it was very rude behavior and inconsistent treatment of customers. I will not be shopping at this location any time soon, nor do I recommend it for...
