Nail Art — Local services in San Jose

I went in for a soak off today my nails were healthy underneath because I’ve been going to a private nail tech for a year now. The nail tech at #15 proceeds to attempt to lift them with a cuticle clippers(Mind you, my nails were already cut short before hand). I proceeded to remind her that I wanted a soak off. Through the process, she would leave my hands in the acetone, file them down with the drill and try to lift them again with the cuticle clippers. Also my nail tech never use’s MMA so the soak off process is usually very clean hence why my nails were getting healthier. The lady would not let them sit more than 40 seconds. When I asked her to use the Cuticle pusher now that the acrylic almost looked like my nail bed she said yeah later, and proceeded to file with the drill. All in all the place is nice the owner has always been nice, but this is the second encounter I have with the same lady years later(which is why I stopped going here). Been going there for Many years. And good service. But have decided to go somewhere else. There is a ( male worker ) that works there. He has pushed my buttons too many times. He is Rude, Inconsiderate, and I don't like the way, he Talks to me,,, Very Very Rude. I feel, His customer service skills are in need of work. Maybe taking a (class) or alter his attitude on the phone.. I will no longer be going to this nail place and I have informed my friends of what happened. And they also are Now going to a new nail salon. My boss also has noticed a change, and wishes not to return. It was unprofessional on his actions on the phone, when all we were trying to do was confirm our appointment the next day. I met a friend here for pedicures. She comes relatively regularly and gets the all out package for her pedicures. I couldn't afford that so I requested the number 2 Package. I didn't realize until after I had left and thought about why I was getting all the same services that she was and was charged more than what I expected that they had probably given me the number 3 package which is their top line.
