The store is very clean and organized. They even brought in their own AC machine. I ordered pick up for 3 items separately. They were Labubus and they came out at different times of the day so that's why I ordered them each separately because they tend to go out fast. Paid 50 cents each for a bag so I should've been at least given 3 bags when picking up my purchases. WRONG. They had no bags whatsoever and I was carrying about $200 worth a merchandise on my arms. Like what happened to all the bags? You'd think they'd buy enough since they are charging 50 cents each. I wasn't even offered a refund for the $1.50 worth of bags I should've gotten. I wouldn't be so mad about the missing $1.50 worth of bags if they didn't foist another problem on me to. I was picking up my Fall in Wild pendant/keychain Labubu when I noticed the box looked scuff. While the other 2 Labubus I picked up were wrapped in tissue paper the Fall in Wild was not. Further examination, I highly suspect it was opened and returned. Kind of afraid to open it and find out if it's a fake. Thinking I might just return it.

Tips: If you like character based figurines, and someone who loves blind box collection, and absolutely has to have every single figurine in the set, AND don't mind spending the money and the space collecting it, this is the place for you! Once you start your first one, there is no turning back! 😳 Before you even step your foot inside the store, you are drawn to the display windows filled with figures such as MOLLY, The Monsters, DIMOO, Skullpanda and others. There are other artists and collaborators such as Harry Potter or Lord of Ring inspired figurines. Most of them are blind boxes (and yes, shaking the box will not help you determine which one you'll be getting). You do have the option of purchasing the entire collection so no figurines are left behind. The figurines ranged from $10+ and up to a couple grand for the large size or limited edition ones. And if you can refrain from purchasing anything, reward yourself with a matcha ice cream from Matcha Cafe Maiko right outside the shop.

Was shopping Saturday evening 16MAR24, asked a staff member useless they provided little to know information. You have two girls at the door just chatting away and in the office a bunch of other folks. This is not my first time I literally just paid for a bunch of items my daughter chose and she changed her mind. Hello Pop Mart she a child and will change her mind we didn’t step out of your store or open the product. Kindly asked to change the item and each employee was confused. Manager came out said no are inventory would be off. Hello you can void the transaction and ring it up again. I didn’t want a refund an exchange and I was still in the stir at the register. A manager at any other store would have made an exception, the product isn’t open. You need to check your policy especially if the customer didn’t leave the store or open the product. I will never shop at Pop Mart again. You have a bunch of incompetent people working there.

The worst shopping experience, popmart stuffs treats different customers differently. Every time I go, I see the same customer walking through the store, and he uses tools to check the box. Some people directly open the cabinet below, two girls are watching, popmart stuff is very close to them, stuff does not stop them. And I also saw stuff giving new sets to some people to pick up first, and then put on the table. I don't know what the relationship between them, but I get stared at when I walk around the store, when I touch a box series more than twice. And the supervisor's attitude was particularly bad. I have the same behavior as everyone else to shake the box, but because I come in two or three times a week and if I touch a bad box, they think I caused all the bad boxes. He blames me for everything! They did not write the policy anywhere, and whatever they said was what they said. They thought you were wrong, and then the manager would say "get out" very fiercely. In addition, I saw someone change their hand card because of defects in the product. Manager ken was unwilling to take care of customers and had a bad attitude. I'm not the only one who feels this way, I think they don't welcome women or people are not their friends, because I've been talking to people who've been to popmart on social media and I can use screenshot attest to that. For example, I also can tell how popmart stuff helped their friends to shake the molly boxes in the cabinet in May, I can describe how she looks like. And I talked with other people, they also saw stuff opened the full set for some guys to shake first. There are so many cases I can...
