If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I bought a YSL purse from a different location last November for $1,700.00 after tax. Within the last couple months, I noticed some wear and tear that seemed abnormal for such a high-quality leather purse. I texted my original store associate and they opened a claim but stated that I needed to bring the bag in to be sent out for a full assessment and potential warranty repair. I was able to take it into this store instead. The associate, Chris, was very upfront with me stating that there was severe damage and it would likely not be covered under the warranty. He took my bag into the back and I was offered refreshments as I waited and browsed the store. After about 15 minutes, Chris let me know that he showed my bag to management and they agreed to replace the entire bag FREE OF CHARGE because they wanted me to have a good experience as a customer. I was thrilled and let them know that they did not have to do that for me but Chris insisted and boxed up my bag for me. I WILL be purchasing another bag from YSL for this excellent display of customer service and appreciation. Read moreHorrible experience. I do not recommend shopping here by any means. Several weeks ago myself and wife came into the store, my wife browsed for a bag, while I looked around. We had sales associate, Mary. She was quite unpleasant and seemed like she would rather be on her phone or talking to other employees, rather than helping us. At this time there was no one else in the store. We waited a few minutes to view a bag, the bag my wife wanted to look at, the other ladies in the store looked at each other as if the there was something wrong with the bag she wished to browse. Mary took maybe 7 minutes to do such a simple task like grabbing a bag from the back. During every interaction we felt judged by Mary weather it was the fake tone in her voices or what would feel like an eye roll. This lady did not want to assist us by any means. I think this is because when we first arrived she looked us up and down and just assumed we would be wasting her time, and not buy something. We had just gotten out of church so we were dressed casual? Regardless of how I am dressed you treat customers and people in general with kindness. I did end up purchasing my Camera Bag at Neiman Marcus SF, but I did buy the matching cardholder at this location. At first I got the one with the chevron quilting since they didn't have any plain ones, I was ok with it but I really wanted the plain one to match my bag. A month later I came in to the store to browse if they had anything new and I saw they had the plain cardholder in stock. I brought back the chevron cardholder (mint condition of course) to see if I could do an exchange. Sales associate Shishi made an exception for me and did the exchange. I was so happy and relieved. She gave me her business card and I contact her anytime I am looking for something specific. She would even send me complimentary text to inform me of upcoming pre-sales that are not advertised to the general public and offers to put stuff on hold for me if I am interested.
