Want to complain one of the sales who is the most terrible and unprofessional sales I have ever meet. Today is my Birthday, I decided to purchase a MIKIMOTO earring for myself to celebrate. I quickly selected the style I liked and purchased. I gave her my husband's credit card and ID at 5:40pm ish, and about 10 min later was told I needed to use my own card because my husband was not on present. I gave her mine then to swipe again and waited for refund for my husband's card. I have a family meeting at 7pm, I waited another20min and I reminded her if she could pls hurry up a little because I need to leave now. About 6:10pm, she brought a store invoice and emphasized their jewelry "no exchange and no refund" policy to me and asked me o sign. I was ready to sign, but then I found my address was input wrong. I got a little annoyed because of the long wait and mistakes she made and said I didn't want it anymore, I really needed to leave for my meeting right now. She suddenly turned her face down and complained this was the address from my ID card and I have to purchase the earring now. I was totally shocked because I had not leave the store, I had not signed my signature, I had not get anything, the earring was not even packed. And my first transaction refund was still on processing, they still had not finished yet. In this case, she forced me to take the earring. I got extremely angry and argued with her. She started blaming me about the old address in my ID card, while I had filled out the customer information form with updated address twice already; blaming me using my husband card the first try to cause so many troubles myself. And also she suggested me to not enter to their store in the future. (Yes, that is exactly what she said!!!!!). Later, her manager came and agreed very quickly to cancel the whole order and issued me the refund of my own credit card. It took another one hour, (Yes, about an hour for a refund!!!!! And more interesting, I was told they mistakenly issued duplicated refund to my husband's credit card....It was totally a mess!!!!! My family celebration was cancelled, and my husband drove 30min from the restuarant helping me to dealing with them..... The total two hours waiting, no water, no apology at all, just a lot of complaint from the sales. I truly liked the earring and I placed an order from the official website just now.
I have purchased a lot of jewelry and high end brand, this never happened before, spent thousands of dollars for birthday and in return getting a tons of complains, cold face and a warning to better not visit their store again for the future!!!!!!!!!! Can't you believe that? I have checked this store. They are an authorized MIKIMOTO local retailer and opens in a very nice shopping mall. Just don't let such kind of person ruing...
Read moreI took a friend into CH Premier Jewelers to look at a variety of wrist watches. While there, I was looking at a Grand Seiko SBGA 211 aka the "Snowflake". My friend had went ahead of me and walked into the TUDOR section where eventually he made a purchased through CH customer advisor, Jason Hahn.
Later, as I walked inside of TUDOR, I was introduced to Jason where he took the time to showcase a few TUDOR products. I told Jason that I was interested in a Grand Seiko and he assured me that regardless which time piece I decide to buy, he could assist me in the purchase.
I was pressed for time, but told Jason I would return to which he told me to reach out to him when ready. The day had came to which I was ready to purchase a Grand Seiko and I contacted Jason. I arrived and he showed me the Grand Seiko that I wanted.
Jason took the time to give me a detailed description, history and the mechanical operation of this wristwatch. After sharing a few things in common I made my purchase through him.
My experience with CH Premier Jewelers was an exceptional one. An experience that creates its own story / history that goes "in time" with my first Grand Seiko SBGA 211 :Snowflake." Jason was not only professional, but personable with a great amount of knowledge of not only TUDOR products but with Grand Seiko as well as several other different watches.
I had a positive experience and interaction with Jason that I would return to the store and have Jason assist me in my next time piece.

Several weeks ago we decided to purchase 30 US gold eagle coins from them (to be given to our employees to celebrate our company’s 30 year anniversary). The price they quoted was $2,250 per coin and would require a down payment of $30,000 which we gave them. After several weeks the coins arrived and we went to CH Premier Jewelers on Apr. 8 2022 to finish the purchase. However, CH told us we now had to pay $2,450 per coin since the price had increased. So we looked up the going price for US gold eagles and found out that the price actually decreased to $2,110 per coin! To confirm the lower price, we then decided to go to San Jose Coin Shop (in Willow Glen are of San Jose) that day (Apr 8, 2022) and were able to purchase one gold eagle for $2,110 (no sales tax). Also, San Jose Coin Shop offered us a $25.00 discount per coin if we purchase all 30 coins from them. We then went back to CH Premier Jewelers and told them about the purchase from San Jose Coin Shop, and were told by CH Premier Jewelers that San Jose Coin Shop's sale of the gold coin was illegal since no sale tax was charged. But according to CA Regulation 1599 – CDTFA, this type of sale is exempt from sales tax. We have asked for a refund of our down payment, but true to form, CH Premier Jewelers is refusing to give us back our down payment. The matter is now in the hands of the District Attorney.
