Van's Gift Shop & Pure Water — Local services in San Jose

In June 2021, I had poor experienced at this place. There was this young Vietnamese lady with a child, and there wasn't any other customers at the store.

I tried to fill my 1-gallon 6 bottles of water. One of the cap felt off as I unscrewed it. It landed on the floor with the open cap facing downward. So, I decided to rinse it off from the water dispenser. It was a quick rinse. A quick turn off & on. I had to rinse the cap before putting it back onto the bottle.

Goodness, that young lady yelled at me, "Don't waste water!"

I wasn't happy the way she shouted. It was embarrassing moment. I didn't responded or reacted because it was a quick rinse. I didn't shower the cap.

After I finished filling my bottle and headed over the counter to pay her. I gave her an extra 0.20 for the trouble and walked out.
