Ana the training Manager she discriminate me yesterday and tonight .🥲 Tonight when i came to the store she help the 2 people behind me except me i was asking her about an item that i need and she ignoring me She avoid me i feel left out I guess customers are priority and welcome regardless race color or genre but not in this occasion 😞 They totally ignoring you there They are very entitled with an attitude of unprofessionalism They are not welcoming you . Poor service. There are huge lines . No one in the registers All of them or most of them are walking arranging stuff but so careless about the customers. they totally ignoring your requests While you are waiting for them in the fitting rooms .they are Super rude with an uncomfortable vibe . It doesn’t matter how many times you asking for their help ! They don't come to assist you I don’t receive real help i dont get an apologies for being there 2 days in a row in their store . Save yourself from their rudeness . There are way better quality...

Horrible service in the great area there!

I didn't expect that manager to make me call the company headquarters directly to complain. She was sooooo rude! It seems that she is used to treating customers so rudely. Strangely, why didn't the company dismiss her and continue to let her ruin the brand image in the top one Silicon Valley? This kind of person can either make her publicly apologize or be fired directly, because she is not worthy of insulting customers and damaging the image of big brands in such a fashionable place!!!When I told her that I wouldn't wear shorts with holes, she directly told me that it was a product quality issue. She selfishly separated herself from the company and didn't want to help the company and customers solve the problem. So why did the company protect a bad employee who treated customers rudely and ruined its image? The best solution is to get her fired! Let her learn a lesson which she must need it immediately!!! Learn to be a polite person first before engaging in the service...

The store is arranged pretty nicely, and when I went on a Saturday night, the shelves weren't totally trashed by shoppers. Employees did a good job maintaining the cleanliness that night, as I didn't see tags or fallen items scattered around the store. The product at VS is obviously on the expensive side (especially by cheap post-grads like me who hate to buy anything that costs more than $20), but they have frequent sales on makeup/accessories, etc. And the 5 for $28.95 (I think) is always a nice bargain.
